Monica Moll is a Cornell graduate and owns a property management company in Ithaca, NY. Her design career began in the rehabilitation of Collegetown housing stock. She specializes in utilizing space planning and design to maximize the efficacy and enjoyment of the space.  She starts with a function first approach working with clients on how they intend to use the space. Finish materials are chosen based on customer wants and needs as well as the design aesthetic of the space as a whole. 

Not only can she design the space, she can bring it into reality with her close relationships with local contractors and trades people. From a simple color palette plan to an entire remodel or addition she can advise you on the right path to take to save you time, money and have a stress free renovation.
